A. Primary Performance Site (Required): Click the Select Primary Performance Site button to open the Organization lookup window.

• Enter your search criteria in the field (such as building name and room number e.g. Sakamaki D200) and then click the Search button at the bottom of the window.
• Click the select button beside the site in the results window to return the selection.
• If a new address book entry is required, use the "Add a performance site" button on the myGRANT Home screen for assistance.
• The selection is added as the Primary Performance Site.
